Nease pairs one of the district’s long-running IB options with engineering, communications and hospitality academies, plus an athletics program with a substantial statewide championship history.
Academies & Programs of Interest
St. Johns County Career Academies are sequences of elective courses built around a career theme, often with project-based learning, industry credentials and business/community connections. Programs of Interest may require an application and out-of-zone transportation is not generally provided.

Ask three Panthers what Nease is known for and you may get IB, swimming and the 2005 football title before anyone agrees on an answer. That is probably the point.

- Football — 2005 Class 4A state champions.
- Boys swimming — Class 3A state champions in 2022, 2023 and 2024.
- Boys cross country — 2023 Class 4A state champions.
