St. Augustine High School remains ranked No. 2 in Class 4A in the latest USA TODAY Florida Super 10 football poll, entering Week 4 with a 3-0 record.
American Heritage holds the top spot in the classification despite a 1-2 record. Miami Northwestern, also 3-0, is ranked third.
St. Augustine is scheduled to play at Middleburg on Sept. 11.
Other teams with St. Johns County ties
Nease received consideration in the Class 5A rankings and is set to host No. 4 Mandarin on Sept. 11. Creekside also received consideration in Class 6A.
Across the six classifications, the poll’s No. 1 teams remained unchanged for a second consecutive week: Columbus in 6A, St. Thomas Aquinas in 5A, American Heritage in 4A, Miami Central in 3A, Carol City in 2A and Carrollwood Day in 1A.
